About Us Our Story
Urban and Earth is located in beautiful Tasmania. We are a small but growing family owned 100% online business. You can find our little store at www.urbanandearth.com.au stocking clothing and accessories for men and women, as well as making soy wax candles and accessories. Urban and Earth offers free shipping on all orders and ship Australia wide.
The original idea for Urban and Earth was to open a bricks and mortar business but after searching and not being able to find a suitable shop to lease in our local area it was decided to begin as an online store. We began on the 1st of November 2019 and on the 1st of August 2020 amongst the COVID19 crisis we managed to fulfill the dream of opening a bricks and mortar store as well as being online. At the end of July 2021 we had to make the difficult decision to close our little bricks and mortar store due to multiple ongoing family health issues which made running our little shop front and attending appointments very tricky. So back to fully online it was for us which has worked out fabulously not only for our family but for the ongoing ever changing covid rules.
